Why Buying From FIBCA Members Matters

For bulk buyers, especially those purchasing container loads, the stakes are high. Product failures, inconsistent quality, or non-compliance with safety standards can lead to operational disruptions, customer complaints, or regulatory issues.

Here’s why choosing a FIBCA member supplier like Anita Plastics makes a measurable difference:

FIBCA members must follow standardized guidelines for:

  • Safe Working Load (SWL)
  • Safety Factor (SF 5:1 or 6:1)
  • Lifting loop integrity
  • Fabric tensile strength
  • UV stability
  • Liner/inner bag safety

This ensures your bags withstand real-world handling, storage, and transportation stress without failure.

Tested and Verified Product Quality

FIBCA requires adherence to international testing methods including:

  • ISO quality systems
  • Tensile, tear, burst, puncture, and UV tests
  • Liner compatibility and contamination control
  • Static testing for Type B, C, and D bags

Buying from a FIBCA member means every bag you receive comes from a facility that practices structured quality control and documented testing.

FIBCA members commit to ethical business conduct, traceability, and truthful product representation.

This means:

  • No misleading SWL claims
  • No under-specification
  • Consistency between sample and bulk shipment
